Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $149.00 (Continental U.S. only).  Standard shipping times range from 1-5 days.  If your order is under $149.00, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

If you require your order in a shorter time frame, you can select a shorter shipping time instead of the free standard shipping at check out for an additional cost.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. (UPS does no deliver the PO boxes, only USPS)

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will assist you as much as we can. If it was faulty packaging on our part, we will replace the product. 

International Shipping Policy

We love to spread the aloha spirit globally and do currently ship internationally, shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.
